WE'VE BEEN BUSY

It's been such a busy end-of-year/new year period that there's a whole lot to catch up on.
We'll soon have pictures and stories for you to enjoy on:
1. Our Caribbean travels - Antigua, Barbados, Grenada and St. Vincent were on our schedule. Only one BIG rain this time causing a delayed departure via Trinidad - really scary in a tiny aircraft, but more on that soon.
2. Our final trip to Montego Bay for 2010 for the Jamaica Assn. of Guidance Counsellors in Education Conference where CHOICES presented a workshop on "Professionalism".
3. Our resume writing workshop for National Youth Service participants and
4. A presentation to a plenary session at the Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica (CCCJ) annual conference in Ocho Rios on the subject of rebranding for Jamaica's community colleges

And, just to give you a little idea on what's to come for 2011, our plans are below:

Four issues of CHOICES Career & Education Magazine will appear during the year reflecting various themes such as “Subject Options”; “Entrepreneurship Possibilities”; “Preparing For Career, Education & Life”; “Getting Ready For the World of Work” and many more.
